Stops answering phones at 8pm everyday (no matter what.) I’ve been ordering from here for the last 8 years (changed a lot within the last year) and if they are slow they will close early, also new staff has changed it up and is not the same. cold hoagies are the same buns but they sit out until they are used (no longer soft) also pizza is rushed (hot oven cooks the edges quickly but leaves center doughy) love the place but miss the regulars….7
I called and asked for 2 pizzas was told to wait 35 mins for them. I showed up and my total was only the price of one. The one pizza wasn’t even done. So I had told them it was supposed to be 2 pizzas. The reaction I got what very unprofessional. There were 4 women working and 3 of them immediately were telling me that it was my fault and throwing their hands up. They were quite rude to me expect for one woman who I appreciated her kindness. They told me to wait another 20 mins for them both to be done. At this time I’ve been here for 53 mins. This is quite upsetting since I’ve been coming here for honestly 13 years, they are always rude whenever there is a mix up or a mistake. After this interaction I will not be returning, it is not worth the time to argue with them about your order and not worth the price you pay. And as I was leaving the one that took the phone call apologized and I said that that’s OK. Thank you for making the second one. She responded in an attitude and exclaimed ALL RIGHT GOODBYE. After waiting for an hour for them to make two pizzas.
Excellent service excellent pizza the worker there was such a sweetheart and treated me so well
